One hundred and fifty-one new cases of coronavirus have been registered in the last 24 hours in Bulgaria. Nine people have died, according to data from the Unified Information Portal. Positive samples are about 3.5 percent (151 of 4309 tests).

The total number of confirmed cases of coronavirus in Bulgaria reached 414,192. They were identified by 2,668,212 tests. The total number of deaths in our country is 17 259. The active cases are 34 458. Of them, 4858 people are hospitalized, including 499 in the intensive care unit.

148 people who tested positive for coronavirus recovered in the last 24 hours. The total number of people cured in Bulgaria is 362,475. 3390 doses of vaccine have been given in the past 24 hours. Their total number is 1,116,741. 414,729 people have already received two doses. Among the medical staff, 13,339 cases of coronavirus were confirmed, including 3,832 doctors, 4,527 nurses and 2,220 paramedics.

By districts, most new cases of coronavirus during the last 24 hours were registered in Burgas (29), Sofia-city (25) and Varna (22). In terms of the total number of infected, the capital is first (108,131) ahead of Plovdiv (36,115), Varna (30,957), Burgas (27,123), Blagoevgrad (18,314) and Stara Zagora (17,521).
