A strong earthquake off a Greek island.

The quake was registered at 8.32 am
A strong earthquake of 6.1 on the Richter scale occurred this morning near the Greek island of Karpathos by the Dodecanese group, ANA-MPA reported.

The quake was registered at 8.32 at sea. According to the Institute of Geodynamics of the Greek National Observatory, the epicenter was 127 km southeast of the city of Karpathos.

No injuries or damage have been reported so far.
