For the last 24 hours, 7,062 new cases of coronavirus infection have been registered in Bulgaria, with 37,952 tests performed, according to data from the Unified Information Portal. The percentage of positive samples also increased to 18.6 percent.
The active cases are 140,224, and the infections confirmed since the beginning of the pandemic in the country are 794,240. The death toll in the last 24 hours is 89. The total number of deaths is 31,761. 5240 people are hospitalized, of which 580 are in intensive care units. The number of new patients in the hospital is 627.
The cured for the last day are 1323, and their total number so far is 622 255. The doses of vaccine given are a total of 3 911 536, of which 31 986 for the last day.
