Fire at the port in Primorsko in Bulgaria

The fire started from the Municipal Maritime Club.
Four sailing boats burned in a fire that broke out on Wednesday night in the area of ​​the port in Primorsko. The vessels were stored in the Municipal Maritime Sailing Club, where the fire started. This was announced by the Regional Directorate of the Ministry of Interior – Burgas.

The fire was reported 30 minutes after midnight. The fire was extinguished by employees of the Regional Service “Fire Safety and Protection of the Population” in Primorsko. The wooden building with the four vessels and equipment for seven sailing boats – rudders, moorings, sails, owned by the Association “Municipal Maritime Club – Primorsko” has completely burned down.

Three vans with sailing boats and equipment in them were also partially burnt down. No initial arson was found during the initial inspection. The causes of the fire, as well as the value of the damage, are still being clarified.
