Belene Municipality has developed an online platform for providing information and signals for crisis situations – fires, natural disasters, accidents, floods, catastrophes.

In implementation of the project: "Joint risk management for effective responses of local authorities in emergency situations, e-MS code: ROBG-458, co-financed by the European Union through the European Regional Development Fund under the INTERREG V-A Romania - Bulgaria Program , Belene Municipality has developed an online platform for providing information for prevention and management of crisis situations - fires, natural disasters, accidents and floods. 
All citizens can access the platform through the website of the Municipality of Belene https://belene.bg/  , where there is a banner that links to the online platform or at: https://sos-robg.eu/  . 
The web-based platform is developed in three languages ​​- Bulgarian, Romanian and English and provides information for prevention and management of crisis situations - fires, natural disasters, accidents and floods, with the following modules:

• News module
• Module "Current state of the region" (ACP)
• Forums module
• Module "Actions in crisis situations and dangers" (DCSO)
• Contacts module

 All citizens can visit the site regularly, register and read current information about what is happening in the region, comment on the information provided in the forums, as well as report fires, floods, complicated winter conditions and disasters in the region.
The platform is maintained and managed by the Municipality of Belene
