Pre-trial proceedings have been instituted On November 17 at 07.37 in the town of Belene a fire broke out in a service room between the third and fourth floors of an apartment building. The flames were extinguished by employees of RSPBZN - Belene. An inspection was carried out, during which it was established that a property of significant value was set on fire - a boiler for local heating of pellets. There are no traces and data for intentional ignition. The causes of the accident are being established. Pre-trial proceedings have been instituted. The work on the case is continued by an investigating police officer at the Belene Regional Hospital and an expert at the Belene Regional Police Department.
