A serious accident hinders traffic on the “Hemus” highway, the Ministry of the Interior announced.
The road accident occurred at 6:30 a.m. between three cars, which collided in a series of collisions in the lane in the direction of Sofia. The movement at the 27th kilometer, in the area of the village of Churek, is difficult. Traffic is allowed through the emergency lane only.
According to initial data, three people were injured, one with more serious injuries.
An inspection is pending at the site. Traffic police teams regulate traffic.
