Firefighters and forest officials have saved 220 decares of mixed forest during a fire in the land of the village of Zheravna. The fire started from burning dry grass in the “Krushaka” area. It was extinguished by one team of the RSPBZN-Kotel and four employees of the DGS-Kotel. Teams of RDPBZN-Sliven have responded to 4 reports of accidents during the past 24 hours. Fires that started in the chimney of a house in the town of Shivachevo and ignited dry grass in the village of Skobelevo and the industrial zone of the town of Sliven were extinguished in time without causing direct damage.
